Requirements
Forms and Documents
Investment fund transfers and contribution instruction changes can be completed through your online account. We recommend you use this method first.
Processing Time
If you request an investment fund transfer through your online member account, email, or mail:
- Requests received by 2 p.m. CST are processed using the unit value based on financial market close that day.
- Requests received after 2 p.m. CST will use the next business day’s unit value.
PEPP is not responsible for any delays due to mail or fax.
Fees
The fees outlined below are for both inter-fund transfers and contribution instruction changes:
PEPP & Variable Pension Benefit members:
- All investment option changes done through your online account are free.
- The first two investment option changes in a fiscal year (April 1 to March 31) using the Investment Option Change form are free. A $30.00 processing fee is charged for the third and each subsequent investment change.
Lifetime Pension members only:
- You cannot change the investment option of a Lifetime Pension.
