Upon receiving three incorrect submission listings from an employer, Plannera Pensions & Benefits (Plannera) will contact the employer to determine the cause of the inaccuracy.

At Plannera’s discretion, further related incorrect contribution submission listings may be charged an administration fee.

Requests for processing of refunds in excess of the Income Tax Act (Canada) may, at Plannera's discretion, be charged an administration fee.

Late contributionsJuly 1, 2009

An administration fee is charged to employers that submit contributions late (after 15 days of pay date) for and on behalf of PEPP members.

If you fail to pay the fee and/or the amount of any loss incurred by the members as a result of the late contribution within 30 days, the employer is charged interest on the amount outstanding.
