That’s why we’ve made enhancements to your member online account: to make managing your pension easier, faster, and more secure. You can now securely upload files or message the PEPP team directly through your account. Using our online portal keeps your information private, protected, and all in one place!
Your pension messages in one protected place
Secure messaging is exactly as it sounds — you can message PEPP through your online account instead of emailing or phoning us. Your conversation history is always available to you, meaning you don’t have to search your inbox for that one email that’s gone missing. It’s also more secure than email and protected by PEPP’s digital security framework.
Save time and skip the post office
You can also now upload documents directly to your online account. This upgrade has two advantages: you know your personal information is going directly to the PEPP team, and it allows you to skip the waiting time of mailing your documents or dropping them off in person. Anything you upload is attached right to your PEPP account and doesn’t have to filter through email inboxes.
