Terminating Your Employment

Overview

If you leave your job with a PEPP employer, you'll receive a personalized package outlining the options for your PEPP account.

Related information:

You must notify your employer of your termination in writing. Once you do, your employer will notify PEPP and a termination option package will be sent to you by mail. You should receive the package in about 20 days after PEPP is notified.

Forms and Documents

A written letter of termination must be submitted to your employer.

Processing Time

PEPP will mail you your termination package within 5 days of receipt of confirmation of termination from your employer.
