Processing Time
Lump-sum payment requests done through your online account:
- Requests received by 2:00 p.m. CST are processed using the unit value based on financial market close that day.
- Requests received after 2:00 p.m. CST will use the next business day’s unit value.
If you submit your request by email/mail, it will be processed within five business days.
PEPP is not responsible for any delays due to mail or fax.
Fees
Lump-sum payment requests done through your online account are free.
Transactions in excess of one per fiscal year (April 1 - March 31) will be charged a $60.00 fee. Both withholding tax and fee (if applicable) will be deducted from the amount you requested above.
If you are finding that you are taking multiple lump-sum payments throughout the year, consider speaking to our Financial Planning Team. They can help you determine the best method of withdrawing from your account to cover your expenses.
