VPB Payment Schedule Change

Overview

Make changes to your monthly payment, tax deductions and banking information. If you have a spouse, you can also change the age option used for your minimum withdrawal calculations.

Payment Schedule Change for Variable Pension Benefit form

Complete these forms to determine the amount of your provincial and federal tax deductions from your Pension Plan:

Processing Time

Payment schedule changes can be completed through your online account are immediate. We recommend you use this method first. 

To change your banking, tax or age used to calculate minimum withdrawals, upload the completed and signed form to PEPP through your online account.

If you email/mail your request, it will be processed within four business days of receiving all required documentation.

PEPP is not responsible for any delays due to mail or fax.

Fees

VPB payment schedule changes made through your online account are free.

There is no charge for the first payment instruction change in a fiscal year (April 1 to March 31). A $30.00 processing fee is charged for the second and each subsequent payment change.
