Processing Time
If you request a payment schedule change using your online account, the change is immediate.
If you email/mail your request, it will be processed within seven business days of receiving all required documentation.
PEPP is not responsible for any delays due to mail or fax.
Fees
Online VPB payment schedule changes are free.
There is no charge for the first payment instruction change in a fiscal year (April 1 to March 31). A $30.00 processing fee is charged for the second and each subsequent payment change.
