At PEPP, we strive to be your partner for a secure financial future. Your pension is your biggest financial asset, and we want to make sure your personal and financial information remain protected!

That’s why this May we’re adding Multi-Factor Authentication, or MFA, as another level of security for your online member account. 

What is Multi-Factor Authentication or MFA?

MFA ensures the person logging into your account is really you, by using your password and a second authentication method to confirm your identity.

Do you need to sign up as soon as it is available?

We recommend you sign up to enhance your account security. New users will need to set up MFA when they register for their online account.

What do you need to do to prepare?

If you already have an authenticator app installed on your device, you are good to go! If not, you will need to install an authenticator app on your device. 

You can use any authenticator application you like. All apps will work.

Don’t have a preference? Here are our recommendations:

  • Microsoft Authenticator (iPhone, Android);
  • Google Authenticator (iPhone, Android);
  • Proton Authenticator (iPhone, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux); or
  • Auth0 Authenticator (iPhone, Android).
