Address Change

You may use your online account, email, phone or mail to update your address.

If you update your address through your online account, the change is immediate.

If you email or mail in the form, your address will be updated within three business days of receipt.

Get Started

Log into your online account and select Change of Address. Add/edit your address and then click save.

Select My Secure Messages menu item and upload the completed and signed form to PEPP.

Email the completed and signed form to PEPP at pepp@plannera.ca.

Call to update over the phone or mail the completed and signed form to PEPP.
