Lump Sum Payment Request from Variable Pension Benefit (VPB) form

Processing Time

Lump-sum payment requests done through your online account:

  • Requests received by 2:00 p.m. CST are processed using the unit value based on financial market close that day.
  • Requests received after 2:00 p.m. CST will use the next business day’s unit value.

If you submit your request by email/mail, it will be processed within five business days.

PEPP is not responsible for any delays due to mail or fax.

Fees

Lump-sum payment requests done through your online account are free.

Transactions in excess of one per fiscal year (April 1 - March 31) will be charged a $60.00 fee. Both withholding tax and fee (if applicable) will be deducted from the amount you requested above.

If you are finding that you are taking multiple lump-sum payments throughout the year, consider speaking to our Financial Planning Team. They can help you determine the best method of withdrawing from your account to cover your expenses.

Select My Secure Messages menu item and upload the completed and signed form to PEPP.

Mail the completed and signed form to PEPP.
