Forms and Documentation
Contact PEPP if you're interested in transferring money into your PEPP account to ensure you use the correct forms.
Transfer from another pension plan: If you are planning to transfer pension contributions or credits from another pension plan, you will need to complete the Pension Portability Information Request form.
Transfer from a Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) or a Locked-in Retirement Account (LIRA): Complete the Canada Revenue Agency T2033 form.
Transfer PEPP funds to another Registered Retirement Plan: Terminated and Retired members can use the Canada Revenue Agency T2151 form to transfer PEPP funds to another registered retirement plan. This form is also used to transfer money from an RPP into PEPP.

Processing time varies based on the funds being transferred into PEPP.

Transferring funds into your PEPP account are free.
Depending on the type of transfer account, there may be a fee imposed by the financial institution to close and/or transfer prior to maturity.
