Apply for a Small Pension Payment
Overview
Call PEPP first to see if you qualify for the small pension payment. Only terminated or retired members can apply.
PEPP allows a lump-sum payment in lieu of a pension where a member's total account balance is less than $14,920.00 or if you are age 50 or over and your annual pension is less than $2,984.00.

Application for Small Pension Payment form
If you wish to transfer to an RRSP, you will need to have your financial institution complete a T2151 form from Canada Revenue Agency.
